The product known as Aztec Search is owned and operated by Aztec Media Inc., a legal entity incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered office located at 40 Kimonos St. 3095, Limassol, Cyprus. All references to "Aztec Media", "we", "our" or "us" within this policy refer to this legal entity.
2. CONSENT AND SCOPE
Aztec Media provides this Privacy Policy, as will be updated from time to time (our "Policy" or "Privacy Policy") to inform you ("you") of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information we receive when using the Services.
The use of the Services constitutes consent to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the privacy practices detailed hereto, please avoid using the Services.
